Design & Prototyping
We prototype fast and test with real users. Iteration here is free; iteration in production is expensive. We find the right thing before we build the thing.
Build
We ship code, systems, and products with the discipline of people who know their name is on the output. No shortcuts on security. No shortcuts on performance. No shortcuts on craft.
Launch & Sustain
A launch is a beginning, not an end. We stay engaged post-launch — monitoring, optimizing, and evolving what we've built so it continues to perform as intended.
